Day #1:  Introduction To Active Listening

You might not ever think that listening, active listening that is, can be the key to boosting conversion rates, improving communication, and fostering long-term relationships that will keep your clients buying from you. But it is. Active listening is often the missing element in your daily interactions. Without it, your communication may be holding you back from achieving what you’ve worked and hoped for– greater success! 
On Day 1, you’ll learn why active listening matters and its critical role in sales and building strong relationships – that will help you convert.

Day #2: How Summarization & Paraphrasing Can Enhance Your Understanding

At times, we tend to over-explain and provide excessive details, which ultimately leads to confusion and miscommunication. This leaves the other person wondering, “What am I actually supposed to do?” We also tend to explain the wrong thing, at the wrong time, costing us sales.

The good news is, there’s a way to communicate more effectively! 

In this session, you’ll learn that by using paraphrasing and summarization, you can deliver a clear, concise message that the listener will easily understand and grasp.

Day #3: The Power of Silence and Tone

On Day 3, you’ll learn how to use silence effectively in conversations. You’ll also master the skill of resisting to interrupt while improving your ability to spot non-verbal cues. This will enable you to gain a deeper understanding of what the client needs, helping you make a recommendation.

We’ll also teach tone. How to read tone and how to use it to your benefit.

Day #4: Analyzing & Improving Listening Patterns

Have you ever replayed a conversion and wished you had responded differently? We’ve all been there. But did you know that reflecting on past interactions can help you identify both your listening strengths and areas for improvement? It’s not just about what you say—it’s how you listen. Your listening skills impact the responses you give.

In this session, you will have the opportunity to reflect on previous conversations, enabling you to adjust and refine your listening approach for better outcomes and more meaningful connections.

Day #5: Practical Application — Role-Playing & Feedback

Even championship teams begin each season by improving their skills, no matter how successful they are. Success doesn’t come without continuous practice. Just like winning NFL teams run drills and perfect plays, yes, even during off seasons, sales professionals must practice their strategies and skills to stay ahead.

In this final hands-on session, you’ll put everything you’ve learned into practice through role-playing. Paired with a partner, you will simulate real client interactions and receive valuable feedback. This experience will help you solidify your skills, boost your confidence, and sharpen your listening abilities for real-world success.
