01 – January: Mastering Active Listening (1/27 – 1/31)

Challenge Action Items:

  • Day 1: Ask three open-ended questions to understand a client’s needs better. (Curiosity)
  • Day 2: Practice active listening by summarizing a client’s key points in a conversation.
  • Day 3: Avoid interrupting during a discussion; take notes instead.
  • Day 4: Reflect on one conversation to identify missed opportunities for deeper understanding.

02 – February: Building Trust Through Empathy (2/24 – 2/28)

Challenge Action Items:

  • Day 1: Write a personalized email to a client highlighting their unique needs.
  • Day 2: Share a client success story that demonstrates empathy in action.
  • Day 3: Practice paraphrasing to confirm understanding during a client call.
  • Day 4: Volunteer for 30 minutes in a customer-facing situation to strengthen empathy.
  • Day 5: Conduct a “walk in their shoes” exercise by imagining the client’s challenges.
