The Listening Sells Private Coaching Program consists of six one on one private coaching sessions with your sales experts, Liz and Maria.

What they’ll get
Breakdown of each of their calls. We’ll stop and analyze what they could have said or done better
The “whys” behind what changes we’re asking them to make, and how those changes will directly impact their sales conversions
Up to 35 sales skills will be shared with them. Beginning with a proper mindset, they’ll learn empathy in sales, the difference between being an “order taker” and a true sales professional, getting a ‘yes’ from a prospect, all the way to how to best deliver a price.
Weekly or “as needed” calls – six sessions an hour each. (If they go less than an hour, we’ll track time and add those to future calls)

What we need from you
A list of what you are seeing from your sales person. What they could be doing better, special, or different. What frustrates you? What do you want immediately changed in how they handle sales?
We will need to be able to listen to their call recordings. We suggest pulling terrible ones, good ones, and if possible, great ones where a sale was closed (I promise – even if a sale was closed, there are learning opportunities – we spot them!)
The end goal with our private coaching is that with ONE booked recurring client once your sales people start using their new found skills, this package will pay for itself and then some.

She helps maid service owners achieve a healthy work life balance while avoiding the stress that often comes with business ownership. She knows that at the heart of this mission is generating the revenue needed to support those goals, and that starts with a strong sales foundation.
Her entrepreneurial journey began in Austin, Texas, where she grew her maid service from a mop and broom into an operation with over 36 employees across 14 years. During that time, she co-founded Quality Driven, a software product that helps businesses gather internal and external feedback and reviews. Today, she owns Task Away Virtual Assistants which is often recognized as the largest virtual assistant company in the maid service industry and also runs and manages a maid service with two locations—all while living in beautiful Spain.

Liz brings over three decades of experience in the residential cleaning industry and is the founder and CEO of Core Profit Builders, where she created the Align Operating System, a leadership-centered operating system designed specifically for cleaning business owners who want to scale with structure and stability. Since 1993, she has owned two cleaning companies outright and has been a partner in more than six, giving her firsthand insight into growth, partnerships, operational complexity, and long-term sustainability. Liz cares deeply about elevating this industry and helping owners build businesses that are Professional, Profitable, and Proud to own.
As a Certified High Performance Coach with advanced DISC training, Liz blends behavioral psychology with disciplined execution to help owners remove bottlenecks, strengthen leadership, and install profit-driven systems before accelerating growth. She is a sought-after speaker who regularly appears on industry stages, known for her energetic authority and practical clarity. Outside of business, Liz has been married to her husband Tim since 1995. Together they have two children and one grandchild. Their family also owns and manages over 80 rental properties, reinforcing her belief in disciplined financial structure, long-term asset building, and leadership that creates generational stability.
