FAQs

What is the difference between the QuickStart Learning Program and the full Listening Sells course?

The QuickStart Learning program is designed with a specific purpose: to get users “up and running really really quickly”. It focuses on providing foundational concepts and strategies to help users “start getting a few more sales” and build confidence quickly For example, the QuickStart for Module 7 focuses specifically on the consideration phase of the buyer’s journey because that is where many sales calls are lost.

QuickStart modules might offer a few examples or quick tips on specific topics, such as a quick strategy for testing the close. It provides a “quick start preview” of the content.

In contrast, the full Listening Sells program offers a more comprehensive and in-depth training experience.

It is the place to “dig into through all of the modules” to gain a complete understanding of the sales process from phone call, to close. If you find yourself wanting more information or wanting to dig deeper after the QuickStart, the full modules provide the “understanding behind things,” the “deeper meaning,” more examples, and show how the concepts work “in real life”.

For instance, the full program provides a lot more detail on call flow, goes deeper into concepts like testing the close, and unscripting.  Topics like active listening and building rapport are fully explained in the full course. The full program delves into all aspects of the sales while again, the QuickStart program serves as a quick overview.

Does the course cover how to close the sale?

Yes! The course covers a wide range of topics on closing the sale:

  • Assuming the sale
  • Asking for the sale
  • Test closing
  • Buyer phases (this means: If someone is in the awareness phase, you wouldn’t ask for the sale, try and close the sale, etc because they are not ready to buy. However, if they are in the decision phase, then absolutely – go for the close!) We teach how to identify the different buyer phases. Also, what happens if the buyer is in one phase, the reverts back? How to re-adjust.

Is there a preview or demo of the sales course?

At this time, we have not made available the option to preview or demo the course. However, we do have a money back guarantee. If your sales people are not satisfied with the course after a few modules, we’ll joyfully refund.

How many of my sales people can I add into the CRISPY Community?

No limit! Please add as many of your sales associates as you would like.

I signed up for the Listen and Win Challenge. Can I get a recording of a missed day?

If you purchased the VIP upgrade, you’re in luck as you would receive the recordings on a daily basis, plus at the end of the challenge so that you can refer back to them as many times as you would like. However, the non VIP sales challenge does not include missed recordings.
